Pausing your Subscription

Need to skip a month of your membership, no problem! You can request to pause your SoothePass membership from the Soothe app.

Follow the steps below to pause your subscription:

1. Select the Profile icon located at the top right-hand corner of the home page
2. Under Account Settings select the SoothePass tab
3. To pause your membership select the Pause Membership tab

While paused

• We will skip your next billing cycle
• Can resume membership at any time
• You will not have access to exclusive membership pricing
• Can still redeem any points you currently have
